As a MICE Service, in the past we organized the company opening ceremonies and some conferences. Among them, Third Asia Pacific Water Forum of the Japan Water Forum collaborate with Myanmar Government and JTB.

As a special service Special Visa arrangements for all attendees, creative set design and build, airport welcomes and visa assistance, security at the highest level, liaise with visiting speakers for co-ordination of meetings and seminars, simultaneous translation, audio and video record of summit with post event edit, food and beverage management, sound & lighting, decoration, accommodation arrangements.

600 invitees including Government representatives, the head of states from 43 countries, Ministry leaders from 24 countries and the diplomat from private sector attend the event.

The summit was held over 2 days in Yangon to discuss a total of 10 themes through thematic sessions. To open the event, we were honored to welcome Myanmar State Counsellor, to give a speech at the opening ceremony. Registration stands were open prior to the event, checking guests in and providing them with welcome packs and information for the summit. Specially arranged Welcome Dinner for invitees.

This event hold in 2017 is one of our milestones Event and we did successfully event as a national stage.
