We were entrusted with the comprehensive planning and execution of the grand opening ceremony for the new main office of ROCHE Pharmaceutical Myanmar at the Ventage Tower. Our scope encompassed full creative design, logistics, and detailed event management to deliver a seamless and prestigious experience. 250 distinguished guests from the medical sector and related industries attend the opening ceremony. We delivered a complete end-to-end solution, managing all arrangements from initial design through to setup and meticulous on-the-day execution.

Full-set build across three locations, security arrangements, invitation and branding design (gift bags, guest brooches), AV production, LED display, photography & videography, MC services, traditional dance performance, ribbon-cutting ceremony, floral decoration, F&B management, parking security, and end-to-end logistics.
